Keisuke is a Creative, Strategist, and Technologist focused on the impacts of emerging technologies. As a creative, he uses design's process and community led initiatives through surfaces, to build and service communities, for dialogue and to influence the critical perspective of digital platforms in the changing workplace, home, and school for accessibility. 

He has experience working directly with the Asian-Pacific Islander community in San Diego, CA by co-founding Alpha Psi Rho, an Asian-Pacific Islander Cultural Fraternity at San Diego State University. The cultural movement has since expanded to UNLV, CSUN, and CSUSM.

He has completed his MFA in Media Design Practices, a BFA in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design, a BA in Japanese/Asian Studies from San Diego State University, and has a working background in design agencies. His work has been described as humorous, provocative, and engages storytelling, as well as UI/UX, in order to reimagine digital platforms.

His practice-based design research and work contributes to teams through processes After Effects, Unity, dynamic sketching, wireframes, HTML click throughs, physical computing, AI/ML, branding, and graphic design to create interactive experiences via rapid prototyping, utilizing experimental solutionist and speculative approaches to conduct research that is focused on the impacts of emerging technologies to build accessible communities.
